Construction Phase

The project manager and the architect will be responsible for coordinating the construction, the construction budget, inspections, quality control, etc. S/he should report on a regular basis about progress to the ELCC building committee. The architect will review and monitor the progress of the work, attend site meetings, review the submission of shop drawings and samples as well as review the schedules submitted by the contractor.

The architect will also prepare monthly certificates of payment depending on the progress of the project. Changes to the work or contemplated changes will be prepared by the architect and approved by the building committee.
